We arrived at LAX airport from Florida using discount car rental we found on the internet, we took the shuttle and headed directly to the car. We reserved our car from Hotline. If you're renting a car, I suggest that you don't reserve it from online travel agencies such as Hotline or Priceline. Based on my experience they give preferences to those that reserved from their site. The only thing that made me thankful in using them is the car coupons I received.I arrived and found that a long line. I told the people on the desk that I had a reservation and when they asked me from where and I told them from Hotline, they said they'll be with me in a minute. But they let me wait for 45 minutes before I got my car. They gave me a Toyota Prius was was new and mileage was less than 500. Even if it took a while to get the car, I wasn't pissed off that much because they gave me a nice car. I also thought that I got it using coupons so I should be more patient.

I got the car for only $15 because I used avis car rental coupons I found on the internet. Sometimes it pays to reserve rental cars from the internet. The people who are supposed to give you your car fast may give you hassles but if you're into saving, I suggest to take advantage of the internet. Lots of websites compete for the lowest coupons from Avis so this is all to your benefit.Aside from the 45 minute wait in getting the car, I didn't have any complaints and I love the coupons. I'll use Avis again only because they compensated for their mishap. They know how to make up to customers who are complaining. I hope that all employees from other Avis locations are like them.Absolutely nothing beats these Avis Cheap Transportation.
